- Trailer available with four foot rotisserie
pit smoker and a two x four charcoal grill with adjustable
charcoal grate.
Concession
trailers are 8'x20', with dual 5,000 pound axles, four wheel
electric brakes, and the concession building measures 8'x12'.
Each concession trailer comes equipped with a 50 AMP electrical
panel, 25 foot electrical lead cord, 2 serving windows with
lift up awnings, cabinetry throughout provides plenty of storage
space, 32 feet of overhead shelving, 2 countertop Dry /Hot
Food Wells, double bay Refrigerated Food Wells, 2 under the
counter stainless steel 4.5 cu ft. refrigerators to keep meat
separate from cold side offerings, one hand sink, one 3-compartment
sink, hot and cold water, air conditioning, shelves and counter
tops, 110 volt on command water pump, 15 gallon fresh water
tank, 18 gallon waste water tank, titan electric 2.5 gallon
water heater, and a six foot rotisserie pit smoker. You will
find plenty of exterior lighting for great visibility during
evening or night vending operations. There are plenty of interior
(5) and exterior (3) electric outlets to run, if needed, for
microwave, cash register, and coffee brewers.
Our
six-foot model has the smoking/barbecuing capacity to
handle up to one hundred and eight slabs of ribs*, thirty
10-12 pound whole briskets, thirty-two 8 pound Boston
butts, or fifty-four whole chickens.
Amounts
based upon:
*Two
and down St. Louis Style Ribs, with use of rib racks
with six slabs per rack
Eleven pound whole briskets — based on case average
Eight pound Boston butts — based on case average
Three pound whole chickens — based on case of
sixteen chickens, and case weight of forty-eight pounds.
